Gaiam Mandala Mat
This is the perfect entry level mat for those just starting out on their yoga journey, with 4.5mm thickness to provide a little extra cushioning and a light-tac surface to assist with grip and stability. The mat is also visually appealing with a midnight Mandala design. The performance essential mats are latex free and free of these harmful phthalates: DEHP, DBP, DNHP, BBP, DIDP and DINP. Carry strap is included.

Eco Mats by Local Artist, Simonne Joyce
Simonne is a local artist who has created these gorgeous eco mats featuring her own artwork. With a few designs on offer, it will be hard to decide which one to choose!
The eco friendly yoga mat is biodegradable and has a 100% natural tree rubber base to ensure a firm grip on the floor, and is free from toxic PVC, silicone and phthalates. The 4mm mats feature a non-slip microfibre top which becomes more grippy the more you sweat. You are sure to love this mat!

Yoga Blocks - Cork
Blocks are the perfect prop to have handy in our yin yoga classes and can help take your practice to the next level in our hot/warm yoga classes. Suitable for all levels, the non-slip cork blocks adds safety to advanced poses and provide extra height for positioning and aligning during standing poses. Can be used as a seat for meditation too. Made from all natural materials.
To allow for versatility, the cork blocks are different sizes; Gaiam cork blocks are 23cm x 15cm x 10cm and Nuleaf cork blocks are 23cm x 15cm x 7.1cm.

Non-Slip Towels
These large non-slip towels are perfect for soaking up the sweat and keeping your mat clan. Each towel is the size of a standard mat (183cm x 62cm) and has corners to tuck your mat into to keep the towel in place. Even if your mat is larger than standard, you can still use the towel by just placing it on top and not using the corners.
Choice of purple or blue with aqua stitching and silver embroidered logo. These towels wash up easily and dry quickly.

Hand Sweat Towels
Thick and thirsty, 420gsm, 100% cotton. Perfect for our hot yoga classes. These towels are 30cm x 100cm so not only will they keep you dry but they can also be used to assist with binds if your arms don't quite reach yet!
Available in a whole rainbow of colours including Aqua, Purple, Hot Pink, Orange, Navy, Blue, Green, Grey and Black, all with silver embroidery. And no plastic wrapping or packaging so even better for the environment.

Drink Bottles
700ml drink bottles to keep you hydrated during your hot yoga classes!
Available in blue and teal, these drink bottles have a flip top straw so it is nice and easy to have a quick sip of water during our drink breaks. The flip top straw also ensures you don't 'guzzle' your water which is not ideal in our classes as a belly full of water may make you feel a little nauseous during forward folds. Fits nicely into your car drink holder too!
Each bottle comes with a free straw cleaner. Wash in warm soapy water.

Made with Love by Kaysee has teamed up with Embody Hot Yoga to bring these gorgeous little blue bottles of goodness to the studio. Available in a range of delicious scents, including:
